DPAT pet products factory was found in 2001. Past 15 years developing, now we have over 688 workers and 80, 000 square meters production area.

Our factory mainly produced pet beds, pet cushions and houses, dog clothes, pet toys, cat scratch trees. Our monthly production capacity is approx. 120pcs 40ft containers. We have our own researching and developing department, every month we recommend new items to our old customers.

OEM and ODM are always welcome.

We also deal with a wide range of pet accessories, like pet toys, dog leads & collars, pet brush, pet bowls & mats, As we have many good pet accessories suppliers in our near area, so our factory can combine different pet accessories items into gift packing set.

1.Q:What's your advantage?

A:1. We are different from other trading company is that we have our own factory,design team and production lines 2. Our designer & technical workers have worked in this line more than 15 years.In the past years, we have helped many customers to complete their special designs successfully.

2.Q:Can I get samples ?

A:Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for customer designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity .We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account.

3.Q:How long is the sample lead time?

A:For existing samples, it takes3-7 working days. If you want your own designs,it will take 15~20days, subject to the difficulty of your designs . Anyway we will response fast to your request.

4. Q:What's your MOQ?

A:Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel easy to tell us how many pieces you want, we will calculate the cost reasonably ,hoping you can place lager orders after checking quality of our products and knowing our service.

5.Q:How long is the mass production lead time?

A:It will take 10~25 working days for the products you select . We have large production capacity ,which can ensure fast delivery time even for lager quantity .

6.Q:How many colors are available?

A:We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7.Q:How do we track the production?

A:The salesman will track it and give the feedback to our clients timely.

8.Q:What's your payment?

A:T/T,30% in advance,70% against the copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also accepted.
